					<description>I just read your blog about No Pain, No Gain and I have to tell you that I think it is brilliant.  I have a meeting tomorrow and the theme is No Pain, No Gain and I will be reading it to an entire group of professional people at a Toastmasters meeting.  It is moving, real and compelling.  Thank you for posting such a great piece of work!  May 2006 bring all that you had hoped for and more.</description>
