Assistant Lead Person, Secondary Operations:
Supervise up to ten Secondary Operators performing milling, drilling, tapping, assembly, and other functions on injection-molded plastic parts.
Train operators as required in company procedures and process techniques.

Conducted automated testing of company's flagship SCSI RAID controllers on 70 systems under W2K and Win NT against multiple hardware platforms and multiple code streams for three OEMs, using a Visual Test library of 750+ tests. Performed extensive triage and root-cause analysis of firmware issues, and provided close support for developers resolving firmware bugs.
Maintained effectiveness of Automated Test program after RIF reduced Automated Test staffing from 10 engineers and two managers to two engineers and an acting manager from another area.

Electronic Assembler B:
Performed final assembly steps on printed circuit boards from instructions given in manufacturing process sheets. Work included insertion and soldering of electronic components and ICs, installation of mechanical components, installation of jumper wires, and degreasing and labeling of finished work.
Also performed rework for inspectors and final test technicians. Rework included desoldering and replacement of indicated components and location and removal of shorts and opens revealed by Zehntel testing.
